Returns and Exchanges

ORDER CANCELLATION
**PLEASE NOTE**  Our fulfillment warehouses are open 24 hours a day.  Therefore, all orders will be processed within 30 minutes of receipt of the order.  If you are cancelling an order, we must receive notification within 30 minutes of placing the order or else the order will be processed and queued for shipping with UPS.  Even though you may not receive the UPS tracking number immediately, the order will be processed 30 minutes following placement of the order.

 If you desire to return a product please contact Elite Sport Supplements with the following information
• Invoice number
• Product description, item # and quantity
• Date of purchase (all returns must be within 30 days of purchase)
• Reason for return (damage, incorrect product, customer error, etc.)

After Elite Sport Supplements receives the above four items, it will issue a RMA number. Such RMA numbers will be provided within 36 hours. We require the end-user to mark the outside of returned boxes with the RMA number.

Packages without RMA numbers clearly marked on packages will be refused.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on products being returned.

In the event of missing products, Elite Sport Supplements must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in resalable condition.

We will refund 100% credit on all product purchases minus shipping charges.  Refunds don’t apply to items marked with an asterisk below.

*We will not accept any returned open items. Since we are the largest online sport supplements supplier  and we inventory more than 5,000 products we cannot guarantee the taste or performance of the manufactures products.  In most cases our customers will return the product due to the dissatisfaction with taste or performance.  Therefore, we highly recommend our customers try a product before ordering it online. 

*Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.

*We will not accept returns on any marked merchandise that is not in resalable condition.

No COD returns will be accepted.

No Cash refunds given on returns.

In the event an order is returned to us due to a package being undeliverable after three attempts by United Parcel Service (UPS), a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
