How do I track my orders?

Please enter your UPS tracking information under the Where’s My Stuff section of our website to obtain the daily status of your shipment.

When are the orders shipped?

If orders are placed by 2:00pm EST they will go out the same day.   If your order is delayed, it may be because you provided us an incorrect address or email.  If this is the case, please complete a support ticket at Customer Support and we will gladly assist you.

Can I have my orders sent to my work address and does it require a signature?
Answer: Many of our customers prefer to have their shipments delivered to their place of work.  Although, you can request special instructions to have your order delivered to a neighbour or neighbour’s address when placing the order.  In addition, all items require signatures, unless you request not to have it signed and hold us unaccountable in the event something happens to your package after delivery.

Can I take the supplements with medication?

Since there are so many medications and supplements in the market, we recommend you consult with your doctor prior to placing your order.

 How can I place my order?

At this time, we only accept orders through our website as this will ensure all orders are processed correctly and efficiently.

 How long will it take receive my shipment?
This will depend on the delivery option you select and if the order is placed before 2:00 pm eastern time. Ninety five percent of our orders will be delivered within 2-3 days via UPS ground.  You will also have the choice to pay extra for next day or 2^nd day air service.

How do I register with Elite Sport Supplements?
You can either click the Login/Register link on the upper right hand corner of the web page or during the checkout process, you can elect to register and have your information saved for future order placement.  It is highly recommended to register in order to take advantage of promotional sales offered based on your past buying experience.

 How do I shop online with Elite Sport Supplements?
You can search for products based on one of our four goals, i.e., Mental Strength, Muscle Strength, Sport Performance and Recovery.  You can also search one of the eight product categories from Energy to Elite Extras and everything in between.  After you have identified your product selections, you can simply save the items in your shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the web page.  Then you can proceed to our simple and state of the art one-step check out process for completion of your transaction.

How do I use the ESS Product Reviews?
Answer:  Either click on the link “Be the first to review this product” or select the product to go to the details page.  Once on the details page, select the Ratings and Review tab to create a new review for a product.  We strongly encourage our clients to provide reviews on products in order to help other members identify the best supplements to help them reach their individual goals.

What do you do with my personal information?
At Elite Sport Supplements we keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and discounts.  You can opt out as you sign in to the ESS website or anytime thereafter should you choose to be deleted from ESS emails.

Is it secure to provide my credit card information when ordering online?
Yes, we implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of our customer’s information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible to network administrators who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we utilize secure servers. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and encrypted into our databases.

Do you ever run out of products?

All our products will be in stock otherwise they will not be listed on the ESS website.
